Der Erstkontakt für alle, die künstlerische Arbeiten ordern möchten und keine Downloads

1) Der Erstkontakt sollte eurerseits telefonisch oder via email an "dont-send-advertising-trash ( @ ) glitterking.com" erfolgen.

Der Vertrag

2) Alles was besprochen wurde, wird schriftlich festgehalten und via email von beiden Seiten bestätigt.

3) Der Vertrag zum Auftrag wird von uns via email zugesandt - dieser muss innerhalb von 5 Werktagen, von euch unterschrieben,

an uns zurückgesendet werden. Wir bestätigen diesen dann noch einmal mit unserer Unterschrift

und senden diesen wiederum innerhalb 3 Tagen zu euch zurück. Ihr habt 14 Tage Zeit für einen Widerruf.

Unsere Arbeiten beginnen somit 15 Tage nach Vertragsunterzeichnung.

Die Preise

Wir arbeiten auf Stundenlohn-Basis. Die Preise starten bei 25,00 Euro; je nach Schwierigkeitsgrad.

In den allermeisten Fällen schätzen wir die Produktionszeit plus Matrialkosten und wandeln alles in einen

Pauschalbetrag / Endsumme inkl USt. um, den ihr zu 100% im voraus auf unser Bankkonto zu entrichten habt.

Widerruf

Nach § 355 BGB sind durch einen Widerruf der Verbraucher und der Unternehmer nicht mehr an ihre auf den

Abschluss des Vertrags gerichteten Willenserklärungen gebunden.

Ihr müsst euren Entschluss zu widerrufen schriftlich und eindeutig an uns formulieren.

Diesen via email an "dont-send-advertising-trash ( @ ) glitterking.com" senden.

Die Sendebestätigung als Nachweis bitte ebenso zu uns emailen und auf unsere zeitnahe Empfangsbestätigung warten.

Der Widerruf muss keine Begründung enhalten.

Die Frist beträgt 14 Tage und ihr müsst uns in dieser Zeit ebenso telefonisch unter

0049 (0) 30 577 027 64 informieren.

Wenn ihr den Vertrag widerruft, haben wir euch alle Zahlungen, die wir von euch erhalten haben, 

abzüglich der Lieferkosten ( die wir bezahlt haben oder noch bezahlen müssen ) sowie zusätzlicher Kosten, die sich daraus ergeben,

unverzüglich und spätestens binnen vierzehn Tagen ab dem Tag zurückzuzahlen,

an dem die Mitteilung über Ihren Widerruf dieses Vertrags bei uns eingegangen ist. 
Wir können die Rückzahlung verweigern, bis wir eventuell an euch gesendete Waren ohne Beschädigungen zurückerhalten haben.

Für Beschädigungen an unserer Waren haftet ihr. Gerichtsstand ist Berlin / Deutschland.

The first contact for all those who want to order works of art and do not want to download them

The Treaty

2) Everything that has been discussed is recorded in writing and confirmed via email by both sides.

3) The contract for the order is sent by us via email - it must be signed by you within 5 working days,

will be returned to us. We then confirm it again with our signature

and send it back to you within three days. You have 14 days to revoke.

Our work therefore starts 15 days after signing the contract.

The Prices

We work on an hourly basis. Prices start at 25,00 Euro; depending on the level of difficulty.

In most cases, we estimate the production time plus material costs and convert everything into a

Lump sum / final sum incl. VAT. which you have to pay 100% in advance to our bank account.

Revocation

According to § 355 of the German Civil Code, by revocation, the consumer and the entrepreneur are no longer entitled to their
